First Odd Number in the Dictionary

Each number from 1 to 1010 is written out in formal English (e.g., “two hundred eleven,” “one thousand forty-two”) and then listed in alphabetical order (as in a dictionary, where spaces and hyphens are ignored).  What’s the first odd number in the list?

Last Brain Twister:

The Bixby Boys

It was the first day of class and Mrs. Feldman has two identical-looking pupils, Donald and Ronald Bixby, sitting together in the first row.

"You two are twins, I take it?" she said.

       "No," they replied in unison.

But a check of their records showed that they had the same parents and were born on the same day?  How could this be?

Answer:  They were triplets, of course.  The third (Arnold) was in another class.
